Golf Cart Team Rally
Get the competitive juices flowing as your group divides into teams
and boards their own golf carts for a custom scavenger hunt around the
scenic trails of the resort. The afternoon may begin with one or more
team games and stretches to get the group moving and energized. They
will then be briefed on the hunt and have time to confer and strategize
with their teams.
This is a timed event, with
each team searching for clues and responsible for bringing back a variety
of objects and photos. Team challenges will also be part of the fun
at various stops along the way. The teams must decide how to best work
together to maximize their resources and time. Challenges can be mental
or physical and the emphasis is on fun and teamwork.
At the finish line, the entire
group gathers again for the final tally of scores, team cheers and the
presentation of the trophy.
The afternoon can continue
with team challenge activities and games geared to the goals of the
group, followed by a facilitated discussion of the skills required for
each and the relation to the work and home challenges in our lives –
or it can be just for fun. All activities will be fun and energizing.
