San Diego is known as “America’s Finest City” for many reasons. First and foremost – our weather is nearly always ideal. With sunny, temperate days and cool nights, San Diego is the perfect location for your team activities. San Diego is also home to many historic sights such as Mission Bay, Old Town State Park, and Balboa Park. Many of our teambuilding activities include these spots for a bit of learning about our fine city.

Whether your team would enjoy a rousing beach game of volleyball or bocce, or a more structured program like a Survivor Team Challenge, Beach Olympics or even a Sailing Regatta, we can help you to find the perfect spot and the perfect activity to keep them talking for years to come!

Our average temperature is in the 70s with cooler evenings. Participants in most activities should bring along a light jacket for cooler breezes and maybe a hat to protect against the sun. We supply the sunscreen and the fun!
