Over the years, James has accrued a wealth of experience in youth and corporate team building as well as a few other out of the ordinary hobbies. He's been swing dancing since he was 15 years old and has been known to trip the lights fantastic with the lindy hop! His second language is sign. |
Nadine Sandeluss

Nadine brings a bit of proper British mannerisms to all our programs. She has travelled through over 50 countries, most recently India where she was able to indulge her love for food photography. Nadine also has a little dare devil in her blood and has added swimming with sharks to her repertoire. |
Nancy Coker
 |
Nancy, our smiling Canadian representative, is always eager to help both clients and co-facilitators achieve their goals. With a formal education in psychology, she loves watching groups bond through our programs. She is passionate about the great outdoors and has been a lifelong orienteering competitor in addition to being an advocate for the environment! Practice your 3R's when she's around! |
Marty Nieves

In his free time, Marty can be found racing his motorcycle in the east county canyons, cruising in his classic 1960 Oldsmobile or heading out for a surfing adventure. According to him, the big adventure was surfing Ulu Watu in Bali but he's definitely not opposed to the Baja spots! On the job, Marty has a real talent for bringing in the outsiders to make sure everyone is included in each activity. Marty is now our Operations Manager, responsible for all of our programs. |
Theo Wilson

With a degree in Cultural Anthropology and over 11 years of culinary experience, Theo is actively reversing the decline of Western civilization one meal at a time. His hobbies include kayak fishing, surfing, classic Cadillacs and traveling the globe with his family. You will see Theo at our Team Cooking Program, Sailing Regattas and lot of other programs as well. |
Diana Fowler
 |
When not working our programs, Diana is often pursuing her artistic endeavors in professional photography! Her photographic adventures include travel throughout the Sierras, the Southwestern United States, Hawaii and to the heart of Bohemia in the Czech Republic. She is a member of several Arts organizations in San Diego, including Photo Arts Group. You may have seen her work on display in Spanish Village, The Balboa Park Visitor's Center and the annual University Heights Arts Open. You may also find this woman of many talents wearing the hat of Associate TV Producer or working in broadcasting operations! Her energy and enthusiasm is contagious and you will see her on many of our programs.

Steve Scarano

Steve is a former Eagle Scout, Officer in the Marines, and a retired municipal police captain. He has also designed a ropes course partnership for at-risk students and public safety professionals and a junior ranger program for state parks. Steve enjoys facilitating group process in leadership and brings energy and innovation to all the programs he works.

Tom Bussey

Tom is a retired Police Sergeant with the Oceanside Police Department and has also been a certified law enforcement driving instructor since 1998, and is on the Emergency Vehicle Operation Course staff at the San Diego Regional Public Safety Training Institute, where he provides training for the academy and officers. Tom also has a background and passion for teambuilding and we are lucky to have him on our programs.

Tiffany Vancil

Tiffany has 8 years experience as a personal and professional growth and success coach and is a musician and actress as well. She is a certified scuba diver and enjoys off roading, boating, jet skiing and sportfishing. A dedicated wife and mom, Tiffany is always a fun addition to our programs.
