Team Cuisine Dinner
Teambuilding is all about a diverse group working toward a common goal. In this case the goal is…a delightful culinary experience. After the event, the group can enjoy each other, as well as their own gourmet creations.
Each team will be given a supply of food and equipment to use. Supplies will be predetermined and selected by the team of chefs.
One central pantry with general supplies and seasonings will be available for use by all groups. Basic equipment also will be available for use by all groups: barbecues, blender, hot plates, deep fryers, etc. Items will also be available to use in the presentation of the meal.
Each group will be under the guidance of a chef. Each chef will instruct in proper use of knives and other kitchen equipment, use of herbs and seasonings, plate presentation, and other techniques appropriate to each group’s menu.
At the conclusion of the team cooking competition, each team will present their masterpiece to the judges. Judges will sample all of the team efforts.
After all judges have tasted and sampled to their hearts’ content, a vote will be taken to determine which group’s menu was the winner for taste and presentation.
